SPECTRUM BILLING SERVICES TERMS OF SERVICE

Information Provider: The Spectrum Billing Services "SBS" pay-per-call billing service is located at 6433 Topanga Canyon Boulevard, #579, Canoga Park, California 91303. "Spectrum Billing Services", "Spectrum" and "SBS" are used interchangeably as part of this billing platform.

Age Requirement: You must be over 18 years of age to access these services.

Customer Services: If you have concerns about your billing statement or any other questions please call our Spectrum Billing Services customer service department at (800) 572-0420, which is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Rates: At the current time, services range from $.49 to $8.99 per minute depending on menu option selected. Connect fees, access fees, premium service fees, product charges and other fees may apply. These rates will not change without prior notification to you. Please be sure to listen carefully to preambles for specific per minute rates and any other fees that may apply for each menu option.

Payment Options: Your SBS invoice is payable in full twelve (12) days from invoice date. To pay the invoice or statement, please DO NOT SEND CASH. Your SBS invoice or statement will include a detachable payment coupon. You have the option to make payment by personal check, money order, Western Union, cashiers check, or by credit card. Please check your choice for method of payment. If making payment by check, money order or cashiers check, please make this payable to Spectrum Billing Services. A fee of $25 may be applied to your account for returned checks. If making payment by credit card, please write your credit card number and expiration date in the payment box along with your signature which authorizes Spectrum Billing Services to process the credit card charge. Billing Rights: Please review your invoice or statement carefully including the date, time, the duration of the call, the originating telephone number and the called telephone number for each telephone call. If you have any questions regarding the invoice or statement, please call (800) 572-0420 If you believe any charges are inaccurate, you may dispute the charges by writing to Spectrum Billing Services or by calling our SBS customer service department at (800) 572-0420 within thirty days of invoice date. When disputing a call, please provide your 1) name, 2) account number, 3) dollar amount of the dispute, and 4) a description of the dispute. Otherwise, all charges are due and payable within twelve (12) days of the invoice date. If we do not receive payment on account within 30 days, your access to services may be blocked until payment is received. It is your responsibility to make payment in full to ensure continued service and to avoid further collection activity on your SBS account. You are not required to make payment on disputed call charges while we are investigating, but you are required to pay portions of the invoice that are not in dispute.

Address changes: Please provide changes to billing name and address in the space provided on the back of the invoice or statement payment stub.

Cancellation or Blocking: You have the option to cancel an SBS account or to block credit cards or subscriber telephone numbers from accessing the pay-per-call services by calling our SBS customer service department at (800) 572-0420

General: By using your qualifying credit card, you authorize SBS to bill the qualifying credit card or if we are unable to settle those transactions, you authorize to bill you directly. Service and access may be cancelled or blocked at any time by following the instructions above. Consumers using SBS's services agree to do so under these terms and conditions. If any legal action is necessary to enforce the terms of this calling card, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney's fees in addition to any other relief to which the prevailing party may be entitled.

Notice: Please be aware that a caller's customer service time may be billed at the prevailing per minute rate. All calls may be monitored or recorded for quality control or for fraud control purposes. By going forward with a call, you are specifically authorizing our company that it may contact you at the telephone number you are using to access these services, either by text, auto dialer or via pre-recorded messages for any issues regarding call charges.
