Information Provider: The Network Systems Plus "NSP" program is located at 6433 Topanga Canyon Boulevard, #579, Canoga Park, California 91303. Network Systems Plus or NSP are used interchangeably as part of this billing platform.

Rates: Access fees and per minute fees may apply. Access fees vary by service line selected. Per minute fees vary by service line selected and range from $.49 to $8.99 per minute depending on menu option selected. These rates will not change without prior notification to you. Please be sure to listen carefully to preambles for specific access rates, per minute rates and any other charges that may apply for each menu option.

Payment Options: Network Systems Plus call charges are payable through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) Network. The ACH Network is a nationwide electronic payments system used by more than 20,000 participating financial institutions. These payments are pre-authorized and processed by debits directly to caller bank accounts in compliance with National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) rules and regulations. NACHA is the national association that establishes standards, rules and procedures that enable depository financial institutions to exchange electronic payments on a national basis. Debit entries to caller bank accounts will normally occur within three (3) business days of the date call charges are incurred. Items returned due to non-sufficient or uncollected funds may be resubmitted to depository institutions two times in accordance with NACHA rules and charged a service fee of $25. If your account is referred to collection, caller agrees to pay any collection costs on past due amounts, including attorneys fees, filing fees and court costs.

Billing Rights: All ACH transactions are pre-authorized and settled in accordance with NACHA operating rules and regulations. If you have any questions regarding debit entries to your bank account, please call(800) 676-7133 If you believe any charges are inaccurate, you may dispute the charges by writing to Network Systems Plus, 6433 Topanga Canyon Boulevard #573, Canoga Park, CA 91303-2621 or by calling (800) 676-7113 within sixty (60) days of the settlement date. When disputing charges, please provide your 1) name, 2) account number, 3) dollar amount of the error, and 4) a description of the error. If we do not receive payment on account within 30 days, your access to services may be blocked until payment is received. It is your responsibility to make payment to ensure continued service and to avoid further collection activity on your account. You are not required to make payment on disputed call charges while we are investigating, but you are required to pay portions of the invoice that are not in dispute.

Address changes: Please provide changes to name and address by writing to Network Systems Plus, 6433 Topanga Canyon Boulevard #573, Canoga Park, CA 91303-2621 or in the space provided on the back of any notices.

General: The Network Systems Plus program complies with Federal Reserve Regulation E, Regulation E Official Staff Interpretation, and the Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) Act. The program also complies with NACHA rules and regulations governing the ACH network. If any legal action is necessary to collect amounts due on account, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney's fees in addition to any other relief to which the prevailing party may be entitled.

Notice: Please be aware that a caller's customer service time may be billed at the prevailing per minute rate. All calls may be monitored or recorded for quality control or for fraud control purposes.
